New cases of COVID in our country are increasing every day. In the last 24 hours, 21 new cases were recorded out of a total of 2451 tests performed. No casualties have been reported so far.
Positive cases have been identified in these municipalities: 8 cases in Tirana, 3 cases in Durrës, Elbasan, 2 in Konispol, 1 case in Fier, Lezha, Vlora, Saranda, Cerrik.
There are currently 156 active COVID19 patients nationwide. At the Infectious Diseases Hospital 5 patients are receiving specialized hospital treatment. 2 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 130,074 since the beginning of the epidemic.
“The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals to the citizens to continue to strictly implement the rules for the prevention of COVID19 and not to neglect any sign of the disease. In case of any doubt, contact your family doctor for testing or call the National Emergency at the unique number 127 ”, appeals MSH.
