Greek investigators have put an end to allegations in recent days that Babis Anagnostopoulos and suicidal businessman Stavros Dogiakis may have had a connection.
Protothema referring to the sources reports that the phone of the 32-year-old pilot was opened and no communication was found with the 53-year-old former owner of the tavern “Kritikos”. The businessman’s number is also not on Caroline’s phone.
Police investigated the possibility of their communication after rumors spread in recent days, according to which there was some kind of connection between them.
The rumors started from the fact that they both lived in the same area in Glyka Nera. The couple’s house in a straight line from the tavern is less than a mile and a half. This tavern is not only the most famous in the area, but in all of Athens.
How easy is it to assume that Anagnostopoulos and Caroline may have gone there? From this point began the whirlpool of rumors that go so far as to “see” the cause of the businessman’s suicide in this regard. But that did not turn out to be true after the evidence was investigated.
