In a skype connection for ‘News24’, the weather forecaster of “Meteoalb” Lajda Porja said that on Saturday it is expected that there will be rain in the northern and northeastern area, while on Sunday the area along the Adriatic coast will be included.
According to Porjas, problematic for next week will be the wind on the coast, which will be strong, causing the sea to swell.
“Looking at the storm originating in the British Isles, which has engulfed Central Europe, this hurricane, called the hurricane scale, is causing the weather to worsen. The storm is expected to shift towards the Alps, and to us it comes weakening. There will be more rainstorms in Macedonia, Serbia and Croatia. The weather is cloudy. Saturday is forecast to bring rain in the northern and northeastern area. Sunday will move to a large part of the territory. Central areas will also be included. There will be rain in Velipoja, in Durrës, but the southern area is saved. There has been a drop in temperatures, compared to the heat we went through last week. It is predicted that the thermometer will not exceed 34 degrees Celsius. The capital is expected to be 33 degrees this weekend. “Sunday will have a drop in temperature, 32 degrees, we will have presented during this weekend the wind parameter,” said Porja.
