The Municipality of Tuz will financially support sports clubs in the territory of Malësia.
In the meeting held today of the Mayor of Tuzi Nik Gjeloshaj, with the representatives of sports clubs, contracts for co-financing were signed.
From the budget of the Municipality, in the total amount of 36,000 euros, the beneficiaries are the Taekwondo Club “Besa” with 11,000 euros, the Football Club “Malësia 2010” with 9,000 euros, the Taekwondo Club “Alba” with 4,300 euros, the Club of Football “Tuzi” with 4,300 euros and Judo Club “Tuzi” with 1,400 euros.
“Gjeloshaj promised continuous support to sports and athletes in Malësia, not only those clubs, the founder of which is the Municipality, but also private ones, in order to enable and facilitate the development of sports activities. Whereas, I wish the winning clubs success in their ongoing work “, writes in the announcement of the Municipality.
“It should also be noted that this year the budget for sports clubs compared to previous years, where in 2019 from the budget of the municipality of Tuz are allocated only 9.000.00 €, in 2020 – 18.000.00 €, this year the budget is almost doubled, respectively for the year 2021, € 30,000.00 have been allocated ”, the announcement ends.
