Former US President Donald Trump said on Wednesday he would sue Facebook, Twitter and Google as well as their respective CEOs Zuckerberg, Dorsey and Pichai respectively.
The three lawsuits were filed in the federal state court of Florida on the grounds that the tech giants have violated the First Amendment.
The social network Facebook a month ago said it would oust Trump from the platform at least until January 2023. While YouTube ousted Trump indefinitely. The lawsuits aim to force social media to restore Trump profiles to their platforms.
They also demand that Section 230 of the Etiquette Communication Act be repealed and declared unconstitutional. None of the companies has commented on the lawsuits. / PCWorld Albanian
