Reopening of investigations for January 21 / Hoxha releases VIDEO: Why and who deleted the images of the Prime Ministry servers?

Journalist Artan Hoxha commented on the reopening of the January 21 file, as a new chance to provide justice for one of the most serious events that occurred in Albania. In a Facebook status, Hoxha raises questions about who deleted the images of the prime minister’s’s clients, who could have covered up this event a long time ago. Hoxha also asks who defended the protesters’ executors, and who obstructed the investigation.

“The reopening of the investigation into the January 21 dossier is a new chance to bring justice to one of the most serious events of post-communism. Although more than 10 years have passed since this event, which took place in the middle of boulevard “Deshmoret e Kombit”, in front of hundreds of television cameras, the truth about the murder of Aleks Nike and Hekuran Deda has not been revealed yet.

In the first trial, the court blamed with ridiculous decisions the former commander of the Republic Guard Ndre Prendi, for the murder of the protester Faik Murto, and the former chief of staff of the special unit of the Republic Guard Agim Llupo, for the murder of the protester Ziver Veizi… The reopening of the file gives the prosecution the opportunity to investigate the responsible persons who obstructed the January 21 investigation ?!

Why and who deleted the images of the prime minister’s servers ?! Who defended the executors of the protesters and prevented the execution of 6 arrest warrants of the prosecution ?! The four killed and 13 wounded on January 21 by state weapons are seeking justice. “This opportunity must be seized, so that the untouchables do not remain eternally untouchable.” Hoxha writes next to a video where he published the images of the show ‘Jungle’, through which he also published the moment of the murder of Ziver Veizi.
