Our country has allowed the plane with Belarusian tourists to land in Rinas around 15:35. EU countries have unanimously taken a personal initiative to prevent the use of their airspace by planes departing from Belarus, as a kind of sanction after the arrest of the critical journalist of the leader Lukashenko.
To arrive in Albania, the plane passed through Hungary, which is also an EU country, but allowed it to pass. Our country has also allowed it as no request has been made by NATO and the EU to stop flights with this country.
The plane from Belarus, after landing in Rinas, has just taken off again. The observation on Flight Radar shows that the Belarusian plane does not have a specific destination, but is expected to return to Belarus.
EU sanctions on Belarus came after discussions in Brussels deciding to ban Belarusian airlines from using the airspace as well as EU airports.
