The DP also agrees with the conclusions of the summary analysis.
The performance of the PD-AN coalition did not meet the expected expectations.
Although the official PD document states that the result was a consequence of the unilateral change of government rules before the elections, the votes won by the allies turn out to be disappointing.
Allied parties have won 7 seats from the PD list (PDIU – 3, PR – 1, PAA – 1, PBDNJ – 1, LZHK – 1), while the candidates of these parties that won seats have managed to secure 46,835 votes at the national level. .
More than that many votes were provided only by the PR in the 2013 elections, namely 52,128 votes to continue with the PDIU, which in the 2017 parliamentary elections received 76,069 votes as a political force, a much better result than in 2013- ën with 44,957 votes.
According to the DP, the calculation did not include the number of votes received by the DP candidates, who for the coalition effect were registered as allied parties in the CEC, excluding the PDIU-PD candidate in Vlora and the LZHK-PD candidate in Elbasan. who was a joint candidate, whose votes were counted by PDIU and LZHK.
Without their votes, the PDIU would drop from 19,000 votes to 15,726 votes, while the LZHK would drop from 6,564 votes to 5,436 votes.
The analysis of the Democratic Party shows that the allies go to the Assembly with 7 seats with about 47 thousand votes all together.
Another table served by the DP lists all allied parties along with the official candidates and the votes each has received. From that table it turns out that the allies received about 53 thousand votes. But in the final count, excluding some candidates as joint, the DP counted only 46,835 thousand votes as deserved votes of the allies.
The analysis shows that the biggest beneficiary in the mandates is PDIU which, although it received three secure mandates from the PD list and competed with a total of 6 candidates, won a total of 19 thousand votes.
Unexpected result for Vangjel Dule’s PBDNJ as well.
The latter is the only MP in the next Assembly who has the least support in the vote, only 848.
PBDNJ in the 2013 elections had 14,722 votes. In the last elections, PBDNJ ran with three candidates and received only 2,702 votes in all regions of Albania.
The only political force that has not changed in votes over the years is the LZHK.
LZHK in the 2013 elections won 5429 votes. Dashamir Shehi won the same support with three votes less (from 2013), 5426 in Tirana district as a candidate. As a political force with two candidates, respectively Tirana and Elbasan, LZHK received a total of 6,564 votes
Another overview of the EAP.

Duke also received the mandate of deputy while as a political force PAA with three candidates respectively in Durres, Fier and Tirana received a total of 10,417 votes.
The PDK has a drastic reduction of votes with Nard Ndoka who was not in a safe position in the PD list for the Shkodra region.
PDK competed only with the mayor Nard Ndoka receiving 228 votes in Shkodra.
All PD allies, (10 of them) according to the documented analysis of PD, with 23 candidates in total, have won 52,910 votes. With the reduction calculated by the DP for some joint candidates, its final result goes somewhere around 47 thousand votes.
