Albania is elected a temporary member of the UN Security Council for 2022-2023. The news was announced by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
It is learned that 190 countries took part in the voting, while our country is supported by 175 UN member states.
The election to the Security Council, for the first time after 65 years of membership in the UN, represents a major challenge, but also an excellent opportunity for Albania.
