A few days ago, Steve Harvey and his wife, Marjorie Bridges Harvey, became the subject of rumors alleging that she had cheated on her husband with the head chef. The couple responded by dismissing the rumors.
In light of this, the 66-year-old, during an event in Atlanta, publicly addressed the crowd, emphasizing that he and his wife are doing well.
He stated, “Before I begin, let me say that I am well. We are well. I don’t know what you’re up to, but find something else. God, have mercy! I don’t have time for gossip. The Lord has been kind to me, and I am still shining.”
His wife also posted a screenshot of an online guide on Instagram, aimed at advising how to react when lies are spread, and wrote:
“My husband and I usually don’t address the craziness and lies that are spread about us. I understand that with my platform comes a responsibility for those who aren’t as strong as we are. Read and share this with your loved ones and with those who might not know how to handle (falsehoods). May God bless you all.”
Baseless rumors initially started circulating on Twitter and then spread to all other social networks. Initially, it was claimed that Marjorie had cheated on Steve with the head chef, and later even with his bodyguard.
