YouTube will bring the long-awaited feature to the iPhone: picture-in-picture (PiP). All premium users will have access initially while the following will be offered to all iOS users without exception.
With Picture-in-Picture users see a small mini-player which stays open for the last video you played on the YouTube app while you continue with other apps.
Apple brought PiP to iOS 14 last year. Many apps like Netflix, Twitch, Amazon Prime Video, Disney + and AppleTV support it.
Although Android PiP has been available since 2018, YouTube has not offered it on iOS. Therefore it remains one of the most requested functions. / PCWorld Albanian
