The candidate for chairman of the Democratic Party, Agron Shehaj was asked during the press conference about the declaration non grata of the historical leader of this party from the United States of America.
“The historical leader of the Democratic Party has an extraordinary contribution. Regarding the announcement of Mr. “Berisha person non grata, personally I do not want to give any comment”, he emphasizes.
He said that if he is to be the chairman of the Democratic Party, there will be no possibility of co-government with Edi Rama.
“If I am to be the chairman of the Democratic Party, there will be no possibility of co-government. I think that in front of Edi Rama we need a leader and a man completely different from Edi Rama where people think that you are not corrupt “- he added.
Shehaj said that the candidates for deputies should be voted by the membership with one member one vote, while he added that even in the electoral campaign the candidates should be pushed to get personal votes.
“I think all candidates should be pushed to get as many personal votes as possible. Of course if all the candidates should have been pushed to get as many votes as possible, there would have been many more votes for the Democratic Party“, He further said.
