WhatsApp is testing an option that allows users to send messages without using their mobile phone to send a message for the first time. Currently, WhatsApp is connected to the user’s mobile, so other devices need the mobile to be connected to them to receive and send messages. The new option will allow sending them even if the phone does not have batteries, and even 4 devices can be used simultaneously.
The innovation will initially be tested as a “beta” version for a small group of users in order to plan and improve performance before it is available to everyone. Even in the new system will continue to work high security of messages, which can be read only by users and does not allow third party interference.
