Vlora Police is continuing the controls for the monitoring of the premises that follow the events with music after the closed schedule.
The administrator of a subject was immediately prosecuted, after he was found exercising with music.
Following the controls, the Police services have ascertained and prosecuted for the criminal offense “Breaking the public peace” the citizen:
J.Sh., resident in Vlora, administrator of a subject, after they were found continuing to organize the activity with music, in the neighborhood “Cold Water”, Vlora, after the time set for closing “, reports the Police.
Also, for the subject, an administrative measure of 1,000,000 ALL has been imposed, for violation of the schedule defined in the normative act, for the development of activities.
The Local Police Directorate of Vlora appeals to all administrators and owners of premises to respect the anticovid measures and the schedule set for the exercise of the activity.
