An Argentine television station has made a mistake that can rarely be seen on screens, confusing the second person in the world who received the Pfizer vaccine against Covid-19 with the world-famous English writer William Shakespeare.
On Thursday evening, the news presenter of Canal 26 television confused the person who had died, William Bill Shakespeare, 81, with the famous English writer, saying that William Shakespeare, one of the greatest English writers, had died five months after receiving the Covid-19 vaccine.
The world-renowned writer passed away in 1616, while the person who had the same name and surname died this week.
At the time the television was showing the old man receiving the vaccine, the news presenter went on to say: “As we all know, he is one of the most important writers in English, to me, the master. Here it is. He was the first person to receive the coronavirus vaccine. He died in England at the age of 81.

William “Bill” Shakespeare, a former Rolls Royce employee and parish counselor, received his first vaccine in December, becoming the second person to receive the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine. He died Thursday from an illness that had to do with COVID-19, health experts said today.
