In late 2020 Twitter began testing a functionality which made it possible to publish tweets on Instagram Stories.
More than half a year later the company launched this option for all iOS users. The option is accessed via the distribution icon and the Instagram Stories option is selected at the bottom of the menu.
pls stop posting screenshots of Tweets on IG Stories. you can now share Tweets directly on iOS.

At the moment they are posted as non-interactive elements and you can not like one to see the original context on Twitter. So the functionality does not send anyone to Twitter but at least you do not fill the phone with screenshots of tweets. / PCWorld Albanian
