Prime Minister Edi Rama started the day with a video from the Fier Memorial Hospital, which was built with donations from Turkey.
In the video posted by Rama on Facebook, members of the Albanian-Turkish team have expressed happiness that they are part of the structure of this hospital, to serve all residents of the south of the country.
Rama also says that the hospital opens its doors today for the first phase in the service of citizens.
