The evidence that sealed the exclusion of prosecutor Besim Hajadarmataj from the justice system was the one presented on the last day, before the decision in the Special Appellate Panel.
This evidence has nailed the former head of serious crimes speechless when in college it emerged that the prosecutor used a secret telephone number to communicate, a number which was registered in the name of another person, but which in the tabulations of Hajdarmataj’s conversations with people from the underworld in Laç and Shkodër were found, to whom he had closed the files of gambling, violence, intimidation and hostage-taking.
This number in the register bore the name of a woman from Fier, from where it turned out that on the evening of July 27, at 22.03, Prosecutor Besim Hajdarmataj had sent two messages to a person from the criminal world in Albania. This surprise proof came to the KPA from the Public Commissioner, but to secure it, until the last moment it is learned that it was made possible by prosecutors and judges of the United States of America and the European Union, who are part of the International Monitoring Operation and Vetting.
When Besim Hajdarmataj was confronted with this surprise test, he started to deny that his phone number was his, and even said that throughout his life he had been in Fier for only 30 minutes. But this time the former head of serious crime was under the trap of evidence provided by the US. IOM representatives had researched the documents until they discovered this secret number as the strongest evidence, and had discovered that this secret telephone number was declared by Besim Hajdarmataj as his number in the property declarations he had submitted to HIDAA several years ago. first. At this point Besim Hajdarmataj was left without any alibi and asked for time to verify if he had really declared such a number years ago and that a slip could have been made.
But without wasting time, the trial panel itself spared no effort and served the prosecutor with the property declarations he had made, where the phone number he had hidden was enclosed in the statements of years ago and from which messages and communication with people came out. of crime files closed by him. Shrugged against the wall, the prosecutor articulated the last alibi, that it is the same number, but he was with 067 and not 069, but the evidence of the file led by Theo Jecobs had already sealed his dismissal for breaking the trust of the public in the justice system./ shqiptarja.com
