Academician Artan Fuga has commented on the works in the National Assembly of the Democratic Party, while bringing to attention an 11th century philosopher.
Through a post on ‘Facebook’, Fuga, referring to the work in question, sets out the four confrontations with the truth, thus ironizing the PD.
POWER REACTION
The four confrontations with the truths
———————————
Following with great attention on TV the proceedings of the PD congress.
Listening respectfully to the discussants and the report, I was reminded of an 11th-century author, poet and philosopher, who wrote a book which he translated into Albanian as The Selection of Pearls, called Shlomo Ibn Gabirol, an ancient Jew.
There he says there are four possibilities to position oneself in the face of the burning truth:
1. They are the ones who know where the problem lies and know that they know where the problem is. Some of them say it, some think it but do not say it, as many say the opposite of what they know because they are crooks or big copies. Or great leaders!
2. Some others know where the bear sleeps, so they know the truth, but they do not know that they know. These are either modest, polite types or do not have the courage to admit to themselves what they know because it does not support them, their backs, or because they have mental disabilities.
3. There are others who do not know the truth, do not know the problem, but do not know that they do not know, and consequently remember that they know. These are pranksters or guys who indulge in some guesses that take them for granted or think as much as the diameter of a glass of brandy, or so they know. Or they are sincere but useless.
4. There are other realists who do not know at all where the problem lies, where the truth is, but they know that they do not know and they are calm, silent, waiting for a return ticket!
You got Shlomoooooo how big you are! Remind them that you are naive!
