The European Union Special Envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, met with Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi in Brussels.
Lajçak through a post on the social network Twitter, writes that everything that will be discussed is about the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
He further stressed that there is nothing technical in the dialogue.
“I welcomed Besnik Bislim, Kosovo’s first deputy prime minister for discussions today before the dialogue meeting at the level of chief negotiators tomorrow. Everything in the talks on the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia is political, nothing is technical.”, wrote Lajçak.
