340 thousand doses of Coronavac vaccine against coronavirus have arrived this morning at the “Mother Teresa” Airport.
The news is announced by Prime Minister Edi Rama, who says in a Facebook post that this is the largest amount of vaccines arrived in our country at once. Also, Rama adds that the total number of vaccines arrived in our country, already exceeds the figure of 1.5 million.

The Minister of Health, Ogerta Manastirliu informed that the open days of vaccination for citizens over 18 years of age will continue and the vaccination bandage will be reduced.
Other doses of coronavirus vaccines will continue to come into place while earlier Manastirliu has announced that during the months of July-August will arrive about 500 thousand more doses. The day before, Manastirliu said that this will be a season where the focus will be on vaccination and the protection of the life of every citizen.
The total number of vaccinated persons in our country has gone to 843,439, while the situation with the pandemic continues to be stable. The day before, instead they were just registered 8 new cases of infection, while for weeks now, thankfully, no casualties have been registered.
