The three most common mistakes you make with deodorant

Bad body odor is one of our biggest fears. Sometimes, the fault of keeping the smell of sweat is not the deodorant, but yours after you make mistakes in using it.

We sweat for a specific reason. Sweat contributes to detoxification and is thermoregulatory for our body. If you want to muscularize every second of the day you can damage your body’s natural detoxification functions.

Taking a shower every day helps us get rid of the bacteria that can be the cause of bad breath. However, studies show that all harsh soaps and antiperspirants can cause bad breath if we make some basic mistakes.

What are these errors:

Minimum amount

Spraying deodorant quickly is not the right way to apply it. Keep in mind that what you need to do is apply a considerable amount that will cover the entire armpit area and the sweat glands located in it.

Wrong time

If you are in the habit of applying deodorant in the morning, it is not necessarily wrong but it is not the ideal time. Antiperspirants, according to experts, are best applied at the end of the day, when sweat production is reduced.

The same product for a long time

You probably do not want to give up your favorite deodorant, but it is necessary if you notice that it does not have the same effect as before. Your body has probably developed resistance to this product and it no longer stops sweating. This causes germs to grow in the armpit area resulting in a foul odor.
