The Socialist Movement for Integration has filed a lawsuit with the Electoral College regarding the KAS decision for the Berat region.
Kas approved the election result on April 25, where after the recount of 114 ballot boxes, the SMI’s request for declaring the result invalid in this district was rejected.
Earlier, the SMI filed a lawsuit with the Electoral College for the Gjirokastra region.
