A month after an attack on Beshir by members of the Serbian Radical Party, which Vojislav Seselj’s son called an “unplanned attack”, he was again targeted by local nationalists and militants of the ruling Serbian party. reports Nova.
In a harsh language post on this Facebook page, which is followed by more than thirty thousand people, Beshiri is accused of working against the state of Serbia.
Because of this, he received death threats in his messages. As the head of the Institute wrote on Twitter, he does not feel safe.
“The only thing that is true about this nonsense is that I am the director of the Institute for European Affairs. Some write lies with the intention of spreading hatred and nationalism, do not verify them. As a result, I receive messages with attached content [kërcënime dhe ofendime]. “And then, I can not feel safe”, wrote Beshiri.
