Resveratrol is the “elixir of life”, as it was called by David Sinclair, a scientist from Harvard University, who discovered it, because of the extremely valuable properties of this substance.
Resveratrol is an antioxidant and has many healing properties: protects the heart and blood vessels, lowers cholesterol, has an anti-inflammatory effect, is important in the fight against obesity, type 2 diabetes, prevents aging, reduces muscle pain, if taken immediately after training.
