Dear footballers, you did not win the Cup of Montenegro, but reaching the final, and in the final play the best, European qualifications, as well as the individual achievements of Kristijan Vulaj and Adrian Rudovic, who are already part of the representative of Montenegro Black, together with Jonathan Dreshaj and Danillo Peshukic in the U-21 national team, definitely make us all proud of our club’s fantastic game.
There is already a long way to go, you still have a lot of work to do, and a lot of victories to reap.
Thanks to the fans of KF Deçiiq who showed how in a civilized, dignified and cultured way their club is supported!
Thank you especially for not reacting to the fascist and insulting provocations against the Albanians in the final!
I respect the apologies from the mayor of Podgorica, Mr. Vukovi dhe, and the captain of FK Buduqnost, Mr. Grbiq.
We are sorry that the president of FK Buduqnost, Mr. Mijac did not react, nor did he apologize for this, even if this match bears the epithet of “the most beautiful match of the season”.
Nor did KF Buduqnost officially, as host, express regret for the fascist calls from its own official fans.
To the players of FK Buduqnost, Captain Grbiiq, our fellow citizen of the Municipality of Tuz and the player of FK Buduqnost, Bogdan Mili,, congratulations on the victory and the double!
In our club play Albanians, Montenegrins, Bosniaks, Serbs… and we are proud of all the players as well as the technical staff. We do not discriminate, we promote sport and especially UEFA’s message against racism and national insults.
Vulaj, Dreshaj, Pepic, Mullalic, Markovic, Pesukic, Rudovic, Nikolic, Zelkovic… you are the pride of our club, your names were written in golden letters in our municipality!
And in the end, we did not win the final in football, but I came out of the stadium proud, proud, with all the staff, friends of the club and our fans who showed civilization to all this expression of fascism. I have as much heart as Deçiqi!
We won in the arena where the Highlands and humanity have always won, in honesty, dignity and civilization.
The referee and the delegate did not interrupt the game for any moment during the canon of chauvinist insults on a national basis, so there were elements for interrupting the game. As a reminder, in the semifinals with KF Iskra, the delegate, by order of Commissioner Miqunovi., Interrupted the game for 10 minutes, because in the stands we had 4 more people than allowed. That shows a lot. No need for additional comment!

Last night’s match between the teams Decic from Tuzi and Buduqnost from Podgorica, in addition to the good game and one-sided referral, was also marked by a scandalous behavior of the Barbarians, as Buduqnost fans are called. They, at one point insulted on a national basis the team from Tuzi and all of us present. Apparently, the hatred of some has taken root so deeply that they forget that there are Albanians among the Buduqnost fans, because this is a sport, but also that there are non-Albanians among the players of Deçiq.
Apparently, a part of the Slavs here, continues to live in the 90s, of the last century!

Dear citizens,
I express my great human condemnation as an MP before the Albanian community in Montenegro, before the Albanians in Montenegro, for the events last night at the stadium under Gorica. Last night was supposed to be a football party, when two teams play the State Cup final between Buduqnost and Deçi,, neighboring clubs, friendly clubs. And I do not want to remember that the captain of the Montenegrin national team was Fatos Beqiraj, that the Buduqnost player is among the eleven best in the last decade Sanell Orahovac, then Camaj, etc. Fans of “Varvari” fans, using words that we all know by the synonym “Albanian”. The synonym “Albanian” is not synonymous with Albanians, it is one of the most insulting words that citizens in this area have towards someone else, especially us, and this should be punished.
I want to emphasize the great dissatisfaction of the Albanians in Montenegro with what happened last night and call on all institutions, political parties, citizens, intellectuals to condemn this. Buduqnost fans are someone’s children, someone’s sons, brothers, neighbors. AI he hears these at home, or are stereotypes from the past, it is not up to me to judge. But the least I expect is not only an apology from KF Buduqnost for that fan, but also the reaction of the Montenegrin Football League. In my opinion, that Cup title should be taken away from Buduqnost, even though they won it with merit on the green field, as a lesson to Buduqnost that such a way of support should not be repeated to the fans. A fan also has a counter-fan. I have to praise my colleague Nik Gjeloshaj who with his reaction stopped the counterattack which could have happened in the stadium of Buduqnost. I thank all those who will respond to my appeal for this event, I also thank the President who reacted first, then the Liberal Party and the SDP who reacted and I invite everyone to react. This incident should not be underestimated, if it happened in the past, it in the future destroys Montenegro citizens.

The presence of the public in the stadium after the cause of the pandemic in the football match between Buduqnost and Deçiq in Podgorica, proved the unsportsmanlike actions of the local public.
It is about the scandalous calls and insults against the team of Deçiq, in particular of the Albanians in general.
These scandalous anti-Albanian actions without a dilemma are a neo-fascist phenomenon which has long been present in Montenegro, but we are convinced that such have nothing to do with the sport of football and the citizens of Podgorica.
