Samsung sent out media invitations regarding the Galaxy Unpacked event to be held on August 11th. It will be an event with many innovations while the Korean technology giant will unveil among other things the line of smartphones with folding screens.
Usually Samsung introduces a Galaxy Note smartphone every year at this event but this time it will be different. The company has confirmed that there will be no new Galaxy Note in 2021.
The main theme of the Galaxy Unpacked August 11 event will be Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 2. According to reports Z Fold 3 will be a significant improvement compared to Z Fold 2 with Samsung which aims to sell even cheaper this year to promote their mass adoption.
It especially expects the Z Flip 2 to arouse interest and can only do so through price.
Due to Covid-19, Galaxy Unpacked will be held virtually. In addition to these two smartphones it is likely that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Watch 4, the first smartwatch with the new version of WearOS that will merge with Tizen.
