All restrictions are lifted for Albanian citizens who want to travel to Spain.
Tirana International Airport announced that neither the test nor the vaccines are mandatory. Tickets, passports and masks are enough.

If you have visited other countries in the last 14 days before traveling to Spain, you should definitely have a PCR of the last 48 hours, vaccines approved by the EMA or WHO, or a certificate from the health authorities that you have passed Covid 19.
A few days ago Wizz Air announced that it started direct flights from Tirana to Barcelona. The cheapest tickets are in November, at around 30 euros one way.
5 states lift restrictions
Has reached five countries in Europe that have removed the conditions for the test, or certification of vaccination.
Countries that do not require a test or vaccine for Albanian passports so far are:

-Austria
HOLLAND
-Belgium
-Switzerland.
