Kosovo Police arrested yesterday a 48-year-old man with the initials SG, a citizen of the Republic of Kosovo as a suspect for fraud, false presentation, blackmail, forgery of documents and manipulation of evidence.
KosovaPress learned from its sources that the arrested person is related to the case of the disappearance of businessman Bedri Rexhepi. The arrested suspect was introduced to the relatives of the missing businessman as a CIA agent, asking for money to solve the case.
“According to the information confirmed so far, the suspect, taking advantage of the circumstances of a very sensitive case that is being investigated by the police, has contacted the relatives of the victim, trying to mislead them and falsely presenting himself as an official person. even as a foreign agent, he asked them for monetary favors, ostensibly to clarify certain circumstances of the case “, confirms the Kosovo Police.
