Prime Minister Edi Rama on Friday responded to all citizens who have complained about not removing the curfew, emphasizing who makes comparisons with other countries, not to forget that for some time we are at the top of the classification in Europe for reducing the level of infections and loss of life.
Through a short note on Twitter, Rama writes that the Albanian government knows quite well what to do and will not fall into the trap of euphoria.
“Whoever makes comparisons with other countries for the antiCovid curfew, should not forget that for some time now we have been at the top of the classification in Europe for the low level of infections and loss of life! That is, we know well what we are doing and we will not fall into the trap of euphoria! ”, Is quoted by the message of the Prime Minister, Rama.
We also bring to your attention that starting from June 1, Albanians will no longer have to wear protective masks outdoors. The Technical Committee of Experts presented today the relief of restrictive measures regarding the situation created by the coronavirus.
Premises where physical distance cannot be maintained and public transport are those where the mask will continue to be used.
The curfew is also extended from 23:00 to 6 am, while from July 1, the curfew will be extended by another 60 minutes, ie until 12 o’clock at night.
