Dozens of local Serbs from villages in the district of Bujanovac, protested today, in front of the building of the Municipality of Bujanovac for lack of drinking water.
They held banners in their hands, while at the entrance of the municipal administration building, they had placed a tractor with empty buckets of water, symbolizing the lack of water supply.
However, after a few moments, the mayor, Nagip Arifi, the speaker of the assembly, Enver Ramadani, and the deputy chairman, Shqiprim Musliu, appeared before the protesters, with whom they had a public discussion at the House of Culture in Bujanovac.
From this meeting, it is learned that the mayor Nagip Arifi, and the leaders of NP “Komunalisë”, have promised that the situation with the supply of drinking water will be normalized in the coming days, despite the fact that the situation has only begun to improve from yesterday.
Recall that, for several days, in many settlements, including the city of Bujanovac, the supply of drinking water has been out of normalcy, however, the situation has begun to improve from yesterday (Thursday).
