Today is a special day for the British royal family as Prince George has a birthday. The eldest of Prince William and Duchess’s three children, Kate Middleton turns 8 years old. His mother, who always shoots the family photos herself, yesterday posted a photo of Prince George on the official website of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, with the caption ‘8 years old tomorrow’.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton has photographed George in a Land Rover Defender, one of the favorite vehicles of Prince Philip, his great-grandfather who passed away in April.
George is seen laughing in the photo, while in their comments followers in addition to congratulations noticed that the prince is a copy of his father, Prince William.
‘Looks exactly like his father‘- writes one follower, while another says: It looks more like William.
Prince George is the couple’s first child and is the third in line for the UK throne, after his grandfather Charles and his father William.
