The Minister of Health and Social Protection, Ogerta Manastirliu on Wednesday stated that in the last 24 hours no victims have been recorded as a result of the Covid-19 virus in our country.

After a long period of pandemic, 244 days, for the first time there are no deaths in COVID hospitals in the last 24 hours. Currently 43 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals.
Meanwhile, according to the data of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, only 15 people have been infected with Covid-19.

The situation of COVID19 in the last 24 hours is as follows:
After a long period of pandemic, for the first time there are no deaths in COVID hospitals in the last 24 hours. Currently 43 patients are being treated in COVID hospitals, out of which 7 patients are in intensive therapy.
2,691 tests were performed, out of which 15 citizens tested positive. Confirmed positive cases have been identified in the following municipalities: 5 cases in Tirana, 2 cases in Berat, Skrapar, 1 case in Shkodra, Durres, Fier, Devoll, Mat, Shijak.
In the last 24 hours, 71 citizens have been cured, bringing the number of cured to 128,978 since the beginning of the epidemic.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection addresses the citizens not to neglect any signs of the disease and to contact for any doubt with the family doctor to perform the testing as well as for the follow-up and outpatient treatment in the apartment. Call the National Emergency number 127 for any emergency or hospital referral.
