The 32nd edition of the Olympic Games started today. An event that should have taken place a year ago, but which was postponed to the summer of 2021 due to the pandemic that brought the world to its knees.
However, after many hardships, isolation and efforts, life resumed and with it the sport, which is already holding its most important event.
The best athletes from all over the world take part in this Olympics, more precisely 206 Olympic delegations paraded in Tokyo. This is considered the Olympics of hope, rebirth and triumph, to bring back the smile all over the world after a difficult year where the pandemic was the buzzword.
The opening ceremony took place without the presence of fans, while in the stadium with 65 thousand fans were only 1000 VIP guests. The Olympics were opened by the Emperor of Japan and IOC President Thomas Bach.
On the field of the Olympic stadium was a real spectacle of colors, masterfully organized by Japan, where the return of the sport appears after the silence created by the pandemic.
Of course, this reduced spectacle also reflects the tradition and culture of Japan, a country that faces a difficult challenge, such as the Olympic Games.

The choreography was stunning, as befits such an Olympic event. A magnificent ceremony, which was broadcast “live” all over the world. At the end of the show, the parade of Olympic delegations took place, where Albania came out 12th.
