Vlora bypass, considered as one of the most important works of national infrastructure has been provisionally opened, while the completion of works will shorten the travel time.
Prime Minister Edi Rama has published today images from this new panoramic axis which avoids traffic inside the city of Vlora and enables travelers who do not have a destination Vlora a more comfortable and short trip to the Ionian Riviera.
