Mother Teresa International Airport has announced that starting today, all Albanian citizens with biometric passports can travel to Spain.
The Embassy of Albania in Madrid writes that in order to travel to Spain, Albanian citizens must be provided with valid travel documentation and that neither tests nor vaccines are mandatory.

All restrictions are lifted for Albanian citizens who want to travel to Spain.
Neither the test nor the vaccines are mandatory. Tickets, passports and masks are enough.

If you have visited other countries in the last 14 days before traveling to Spain, you should definitely have a PCR of the last 48 hours, vaccines approved by the EMA or WHO, or a certificate from the health authorities that you have passed Covid 19.
