The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals to the citizens to continue to strictly apply the rules for the prevention of COVID19: Put the protective mask in any closed environment and wherever physical distance can not be maintained, take care of personal hygiene and isolate yourself when you suspect you are affected by COVID19.
The situation of COVID19 in the last 24 hours is as follows:
3,340 tests were performed, out of which 9 citizens tested positive. Confirmed positive cases have been identified in these municipalities: out of 4 cases in Tirana, Shkodra, 1 in Vlora.
Currently 31 patients are receiving hospital treatment, of which 5 patients are in intensive therapy.
In the last 24 hours there is no loss of life with Sars-Cov2 positive.
In the last 24 hours 45 citizens have recovered, bringing the number of recovered to 129,566 since the beginning of the epidemic.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection addresses the citizens not to neglect any signs of illness and to contact for any doubt with the family doctor, to perform the testing as well as for the follow-up and outpatient treatment in the apartment. Call the National Emergency number 127 for any emergency or hospital referral.
