Today Microsoft confirmed that Windows 10X, the abbreviated version of Windows 10 for dual-screen devices, will not be introduced this year.
In fact it will not be introduced at all because the company intends to integrate some of its features into the existing operating system such as the virtual keyboard.
The news comes as no surprise as Windows 10X itself is shifting towards single-screen devices.
It seemed that Microsoft was competing with the Chrome OS laptops but it really did not make sense another version of Windows 10.
The company is preparing to launch the next Windows 10 update focusing on stability, performance and support for Windows Hello cameras. / PCWorld Albanian
