If Mark Marku had not spoken, the PD Assembly would have been even worse than a boring event.
Where the only news would be that he gathered, as long as the same things were said by the same people.
His intervention somehow saved the Assembly, which otherwise would have left the taste of reading a report of draft laws, from the less important ones in parliament, where the attention of the one who wrote it is missing.
This is probably the typical case to understand that politics is not always a matter of numbers, also because numbers themselves are not given once and for all in politics.
Sometimes a single voice is enough to make the whole mediocre crowd, which wraps around the leader, feel possible.
And to throw away all the costly directing and bureaucracy of organizing a pompous event, to fill the screaming gap from lack of vision and willingness to change.
This is in fact the power that comes from combining the right idea with the courage to tell some truth, even when almost everyone has succumbed to hypocrisy to never see it and never find responsibility in themselves.
