It was the Minister of Health and Social Protection who first gave the good news about the drastic reduction of the number of people infected with Covid-19 in our country.
Through a post on the social network Facebook, Manastirliu revealed that in the last 24 hours, only two people have been infected with Covid-19.
Subsequently, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, through the latest update of the general panorama from the pandemic, showed that in the last 24 hours no loss of life has been recorded, 3593 tests have been performed and only 2 infected persons have resulted; one in Tirana and one in Lezha.
The situation of COVID19 in the last 24 hours is as follows:
3593 tests were performed, out of which 2 citizens tested positive. Confirmed positive cases have been identified in the following municipalities: 1 case in Tirana, 1 case in Lezha.
Currently 28 patients are receiving hospital treatment, of which 5 patients are in intensive therapy.
In the last 24 hours there is no loss of life with Sars-Cov2 positive.
In the last 24 hours 29 citizens have been cured, bringing the number of cured to 129,627 since the beginning of the epidemic.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection addresses the citizens not to neglect any signs of illness and to contact for any doubt with the family doctor, to perform the testing as well as for the follow-up and outpatient treatment in the apartment. Call the National Emergency number 127 for any emergency or hospital referral.
