Marko Kepi, the Albanian who is running for council member in New York, USA, has managed to neutralize a thief who had just stolen his fiancée’s bag.
The thief, had entered their car, had taken the bag he had found inside it and had run away, while Cape and other persons were put in pursuit.
“He tried to leave, but I grabbed him and took his bag. “I told him: ‘You are not going anywhere until the police come,'” Cape told US media.
Thanks to Cape’s quick reaction, the thief was arrested by police. He has been identified as a 21-year-old named Amir Aspek, while during the neutralization by the Albanians he is heard saying: “Let me go, let me leave”.
