The EU Special Representative for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajçakk, before the joint meeting between the two lifers met separately with the Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vuçi..
In a Twitter post, Lajcak indicated that he had held separate meetings with Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

“This morning I held separate meetings with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, to prepare for the high-level dialogue meeting this afternoon.”, wrote Lajçak.
Negotiations in Brussels are scheduled to begin at 2 pm, with bilateral meetings between the two sides with EU mediators.
