Journalist Arta Hoxha, in an interview for Ylli Rakipi in the show “The Unexposed”, on MCN TV, spoke about the denunciations he made with videos about the planting of cannabis in Albania, as well as the lack of reactions of the police and the prosecution in time.
“I published a year ago with a view of how in the north of Albania there were lots of cannabis plots and for this and other denunciations, I have been reported by the Prosecution several times,” said Hoxha.
Also Hoxha, for the first time has revealed that he was taken hostage.
Excerpts from the Interview:
Ylli Rakipi: Tell me any difficult case you have had, have you ever been taken hostage?
Artan Hoxha: Of course I was taken hostage. As you say, with all these things, I will have escaped. I was taken hostage in 1997. That’s a little hard now. Over the past year one of our colleagues has attempted to do this thing I do, but I’m used to it, I have it like adrenaline. One of our colleagues went filmed at night and took a risk, the next day they came and grabbed the television and it was not broadcast then.
