On June 7, Apple launched the annual WWDC developer conference, where it will present, among other things, what iOS expects next year.
The global introduction of iOS 15 unleashes a cycle during which iPhone users learn new functionalities that come to their smartphones every year followed by the debut of new models as well.
While we wait for iOS 15, here’s what we know about the latest version to date.
When is the debut date of iOS 15?
There is no fixed date yet but Apple usually brings the latest version of iOS in the Fall along with the debut of a new iPhone.
This traditional event is held in September although last year the company postponed it to October due to the pandemic.
What devices work with iOS 15?
We will learn more in June but we will not be surprised if they learn that the iPhone 6 and 6S are left out along with the older models.
Currently iOS 14 works with smartphones since the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus.
What new features are coming?
In Aprill Bloomberg reported that Apple is working to improve the notification system and customize them based on user status.
For example users can customize notifications to get what they want while driving or sleeping.
Apple will also update iMessage to make it more like a social network even though this project is in the early stages. / PCWorld Albanian
