Spartak Braho declares that if the Constitutional Court does not dismiss Ilir Meta from the post of President of the Republic, it will apologize to him.
Invited to the show “Dekalog” by journalist Roland Qafoku on RTSH 24, the SP MP and member of the Special Commission of Inquiry for the president showed conviction that Meta will leave the Presidency.
Asked if the Constitutional Court would not dismiss Meta, Braho said:
“I will apologize publicly to Ilir Meta if the Constitutional Court does not dismiss him, so it will be against the decision of the parliament.”
Tomorrow, June 9, the parliament is expected to vote on the dismissal of Ilir Meta from the post of president of the republic.
Previously it was a special commission that investigated violations that according to its members were numerous against the constitution. Ilir Meta is the first president among the 10 in the history of the Albanian State to be initiated by the Parliament for his dismissal during the exercise of his duty.
