The Elbasan Prosecutor’s Office has closed the investigation and sent to the Court the file for the murder of 30-year-old Florian Lamçe, known as “Flor Qorri”, an event for which 4 people were arrested, including Sokol Sanxhaktari, the son-in-law of former mayor Qazim Sejdini .
From the file of the Prosecution it is learned that Sokol Sanxhaktari, the victims Florian Lamçe, Adriano Hajdari, Met Muça and two other persons had consumed alcoholic beverages for a long time in the premises of the bar and then at midnight they had started to clash with people. the other.
This conflict took place between the citizens Sokol Sanxhaktari, Adriano Hajdari and the victim and had continued with the use of violence with solid objects and as a result the citizen Florian (Shabani) Lamçe lost his life. Both Sanxhaktari and Hajdari have been under the influence of alcohol and narcotics.
EVENTS
On June 30 last year, around 15:30, Sokol Sanxhaktari called the victim and invited him for coffee at a bar-kiosk near Tourism owned by him. The victim immediately went with the citizen EB to the bar in question and there they found drinking beer and other alcoholic beverages the citizens Sokol Sanxhaktari, Muhamet Muci, Ardiano Hajdari, Bes Nikolla and Julian Lamce.
The victim and Sanxhaktari talked in a secluded environment where they took cocaine. They stayed in the bar in question consuming alcohol until around 21:00 and Sokoli asked them to leave from there and go to another bar nearby, taking their drinks with them.
All the people who were in that bar went to a coffee bar not far from there and sat in an environment inside this bar. There, the victim and Sanxhaktari again consumed alcoholic beverages and narcotics, which they consumed in the toilet of this bar. After some people left, Sokol Sanxhaktari and the victim continued to consume alcoholic beverages and cocaine, while other people did not.
After that, the conversation between Sanjaktar and Lamce escalated and calmed down only after consuming cocaine in the bathroom. Sometime around 1 o’clock at night, the citizen Muhamet Muça saw from the screen in subtitles about a murder in Elbasan. Around 4 o’clock in the morning, according to the evidence, the rape took place until the murder of 30-year-old Lamçe.
