The mayor of Tuzi, Nik Gjeloshaj, was received two days ago in Michigan by his compatriots united around the association “Malësia e Madhe”.
As Gjeloshaj points out, they talked openly about many important issues of interest to the community as well as the development of the municipality of Tuz in many aspects.
“Even in this meeting I affirmed that the municipality, as an institution will always be a strategic partner of the Albanian diaspora for every project, be it cultural or infrastructural! I also informed in detail the participants about the projects that are being implemented, starting from infrastructure, culture, sports, agriculture and numerous investments !, “emphasizes Gjeloshaj.
In the conversation it was concluded that the Municipality, as a joint project with the diaspora, is justifying its existence more and more every day, which took a long way and they can achieve and lead it.
He further adds that, although for a short time, they expressed together all the satisfaction for the successes in running the municipality. They also concluded that more cooperation and interaction is needed for the development of the homeland, especially through various investments in the form of businesses.
Gjeloshaj also on this occasion thanked his compatriots for their continuous contribution to Malësia in every aspect and the support they have from them as a local government in Tuz.
