An event that has shocked the organizers of the Tokyo Olympics. During the friendly between Germany and Honduras, German defender Jordan Torunarigha, of Nigerian origin, was a victim of racist insults.
Prior to this episode, the team decided to leave the field in protest. Coach Stefan Kuntz explained his point of view on the episode, condemning what happened:
