On the ninth day of the fires in Karaburun, today the situation is calmer in the part where yesterday there was a serious situation, both in the houses near the village of Dukat i Ri and in Pashaliman.
Currently the fires are again on the base of Pashaliman as well as on Mount Ducati.
Firefighters have been overnight at the base of Pashaliman where in the late hours there was a difficult situation as the flames approached 30 meters near the base and it became possible to neutralize the flames.
What remains a concern today are the fires that have appeared behind the mountain of Karaburun over the bay of Grama where fires have appeared which may go to Llogara. At the moment, the army forces are going to see the situation closely and the helicopter is expected.
