The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the President Vjosa Osmani and the Speaker of the Assembly Glauk Konjofca have declared their wealth.
According to those who have stated in the Anti-Corruption Agency, it can be seen that their wealth is quite large.
The Anti-Corruption Agency has started publishing asset declarations by state officials.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti has stated in AKM that he is paying 250 euros per month rent for the house in the neighborhood Taslixhe in Pristina, where he moved to live from March this year.
Kurti says he has agreed to stay for three years in this two-story house, while paying the rent to a person described as BZ
In the declaration of property, Kurti has also included an apartment. The purchase of this apartment is estimated to have cost 400 thousand euros and it is declared that it is owned by his wife.
To buy the 67 square meter apartment, Kurti stated that his wife took a 300 thousand euro loan in a bank in Oslo, Norway. The loan is said to be repaid in 25 years.
The Prime Minister has stated that he receives a salary of 1,305 euros from the Government for his duty as Chief Executive. He also receives a salary from his party, Lëvizja Vetëvendosje, where he is chairman. From the political entity that he has created, he received 4,200 euros for the period January-March of this year.
While Kurti’s wife receives 3,915 euros monthly salary from a company in Oslo, Norway.
Kurti stated that he has 529 euros in cash in the bank, while his wife keeps 10 thousand euros in a bank in Norway.
Whereas, the first of the state, Vjosa Osmani, in the declaration of wealth, has announced that he owns an unfinished apartment, worth 40 thousand euros, area of about 83 square meters, bought with savings and loans.
Osmani owns an unfinished garage, worth 2,500 euros and a plot of land of 5 ares, worth 35,000 euros, bought with loans and savings.
Her husband, Prindon Sadriu, has an apartment worth 66 thousand euros, two houses, one worth 120 thousand euros and the other 180 thousand euros. He also has a garage worth 5 thousand euros.
President Osmani has about 39 thousand euros in cash held in financial institutions, while her husband about 12 thousand euros. Both have financial obligations of about 97 thousand euros.
As a source of income, President Osmani has announced that she has from the salary and per diems in the Assembly of Kosovo, about 33 thousand euros per year, while her husband about 45 thousand euros of income.
Whereas, the Speaker of the Parliament Glauk Konjufca in his statement has announced that he owns a 100 square meter apartment, bought on credit in the amount of 67,125 euros.
Cash held in a financial institution has about five thousand euros until he received a loan of 67 thousand euros, with a 12-year repayment period.
The only financial source is his salary from the Speaker of the Parliament, 3,095 euros per month, while the salary of his wife Emira Bajçinca, 640 Euros, as a teacher at the University of Prishtina.
